Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking a Forensic Care Coordinator for our Operating Avenues for Re-Entry Success (OARS) program serving Marathon, Wood and Clark counties. This is a full-time, benefit eligible role. The position requires regular visits in the client's home and/or community and then is able to work from home for documentation and meeting purposes. The role is primarily, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, but will require flexibility to meet the needs of clients.
This role provides comprehensive person-centered case management. This requires ongoing learning in Motivational Interviewing through participation in monthly coaching and quarterly fidelity reviews as well as the use of other identified evidence-based practices. This role works with individuals in DHS's Outpatient Competency Restoration Program (OCRP), Jail-Based Competency Program (JBCR), Conditional Release Program (CR), and Opening Avenues to Reentry Success Program (OARS), or Supervised Release (SR). Forensic Care Coordinators work collaboratively with community service providers that have been identified to specifically address the needs of the client with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder. LSS works closely with the client's treatment team and natural supports to best support whether the client is released from jail, prison, mental health institutions, or the community. Forensic Care Coordinators working in CR, OCRP, JBCR or OARS can be asked to work with clients in any of those programs, but Supervised Release remains separate. Supervised Release Care Coordinators will not work in CR, OCRP, JBCR or OARS:
The CR program works with individuals found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. Forensic Coordinators provide professional testimony, write court documents, and understand the 917.17 WSS. The Forensic Coordinator works with mental health institutions, court systems, natural support, and community providers.
The OCRP and JBCR offer services to adults charged with a crime adjudicated not competent to stand trial but likely to regain competency. The Competency programs Forensic Coordinators understand the 971.14 WSS and are responsible for meeting clients in the community (OCRP) as well as in the Jail setting (JBCR). The Forensic Coordinator works with the jail system, providing legal education, community providers, the court system, institutions, and natural support.
· The OARS program, the Forensic Coordinator, understands the criminogenic needs of the client. This is a voluntary program. The Forensic Coordinator starts meeting with the client at the correctional institution in the pre-release stage and continues through post-release. The Forensic Coordinator works closely with the client and their treatment team for up to two years.
· Supervised Release specifically works with sexually violent people who are committed under WI statute 980. While they currently may be living at Sandridge Secure Treatment Center, the role of LSS is to provide service coordination and services to assist them with a transition to living in the community.
o Sexually violent person: This is someone who has a mental disorder that makes it likely the person will engage in future acts of sexual violence convicted of a sexually violent offense, adjudicated as delinquent for a sexually violent offense, or found not guilty of or not responsible for a sexually violent offense by reason of mental disease or defect. These people are committed under Wis. Stat. ch. 980.
DIRECT SERVICE REQUIREMENTS (Required of all employees providing direct services):
Promote client independence and growth, consistent with the service plan.
Provide services using a trauma-informed and person and/or family-centered model.
Provide services utilizing agency approved and supported evidence-based practices that have been indicated by the funder and/or agency.

Job Description
As part of SPH's security and privacy team, responsible for implementation of security and privacy procedures which safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and data. Role may focus on technical or administrative aspects of security or encompass a mixture of both.
The Information Security Analyst and Project Manager plays a critical role in executing and maturing the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's information security program. Reporting to the Senior Information Security Manager/School Security Officer, this position ensures day‑to‑day technical compliance with Harvard University's Information Security and Research Data Security policies and supports the implementation of procedures and controls that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the school's systems and data. Key responsibilities include log reviews, forensic analysis, vulnerability management, server and endpoint protection, and user awareness training. The role also serves as one of only two IT staff qualified to perform Data Safety Reviews‑essential for research involving human subjects or data with regulatory or contractual restrictions. In addition, the analyst works closely with the Senior Information Security Manager to identify opportunities for program improvement, assist in strategy development, and execute initiatives aligned with University Privacy Principles. This position requires regular collaboration across the Chan School IT department, Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT), and research, teaching, and administrative departments.
The analyst also acts as a project manager on various initiatives, including school‑wide IT projects.
PLEASE NOTE: On‑call responsibilities and potentially evening and weekend work are required.

What You'll Do
The Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) systematically gains toxicology knowledge through the APC's staged training and mentoring process. The CVT plays a critical role at the APC as the first point of contact for pet owners who need assistance with pets that have been exposed to potentially dangerous substances. The environment is team oriented and supportive to set CVTs up for success in this fast paced and challenging position. Compensation
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. Professionally manage medical cases initiated by telephone, email, and other electronic means, from practicing veterinarians, animal owners and others.
Obtain complete case histories and provide detailed and accurate diagnostic and treatment recommendations appropriate to the professional level of the caller and based on established APC protocols.
Enter (type-in) information into the electronic record efficiently and accurately as conveyed during communications with caller and consultations with APC DVMs.

Create follow up actions to have records evaluated and closed by appropriate personnel.
Utilize ASPCA/APC resources to manage cases and access protocols, policies, and procedures.
Consult the on-site experts, managers, and senior staff as needed for additional case management information.
Complete follow up phone calls to pet owners and veterinary clinics as needed to obtain additional information regarding outcomes on specific cases.
Collect payments from callers with provided software tools.

Who We Are
Our Veterinary Support Associates provide a communication pathway for clients, answering over 25,000 inbound calls and making over 15,000 outbound calls annually. Our work includes providing veterinary triage, appointment scheduling, and program support for the ASPCA Adoption Center and ASPCA Animal Hospital in New York City, Community Engagement, Community Medicine (New York, Miami, Los Angeles), ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance (North Carolina), Los Angeles Feline Program Team, and Strategy & Research teams. Additionally, this team collaborates with social service agencies and veterinary partners to help the most at-risk animals within our designated service areas.
What You'll Do
The ASPCA Veterinary Support team fields approximately 50,000 inbound and outbound calls annually, providing veterinary triage, appointment scheduling, program support, and logistics for the ASPCA Adoption Center, Animal Hospital, Communications, Community Engagement, Community Medicine, Grants, National Field Response, Spay/Neuter Alliance, and Strategy & Research teams. Additionally, this team collaborates with social service agencies and veterinary partners to help the most at-risk animals within our designated service areas.
Where and When You'll Work
This is a regional remote position. Candidates must be U.S. based and reside within a 350-mile radius of the ASPCA Office in Champaign, IL for the duration of employment, and be available for travel to Champaign, IL.
Relocation assistance may be offered to candidates who currently reside outside of the 350- mile radius and are willing to relocate.
Veterinary Support Associates are assigned different shifts ranging from 6am-2pm CST at the earliest to 3pm-11pm CST at the latest.
Schedules may vary based on the need for phone coverage and are assigned each month. These parameters are subject to change with call volume trends and workforce management adjustments. Shifts are subject to change in the sole discretion of the ASPCA.

Compensation
The applicable target hiring range for this remote role is based on where the employee works, which for remote roles is the employee's primary location of residence, and its respective cost of labor. We have organized the U.S. varying costs of labor index into three geographic zones. As a point of reference, we've included our ASPCA locations by geographic zone to illustrate what the hiring range would be in each of the following areas.
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary ranges for this role are set forth below and may be modified in the future.

Professionally manage contact by telephone and electronic means from departmental referrals, animal owners, and others involving animals with the goal of keeping pets and people together
Assist in the daily operations of all areas of Veterinary Support by maintaining knowledge of ASPCA program areas and assisting callers with information and services to provide targeted support
Assess/triage illnesses and injuries appropriately, referring to the appropriate veterinary resources
Utilize the electronic record databases to record complete case histories, document findings accurately, and provide detailed recommendations to owners.
Complete follow-up phone calls to pet owners, rescuers, and veterinary clinics as needed
Assess case-related charges and make recommendations based on ASPCA protocols
Consult the on-site and off-site experts as needed for additional information and case approvals

Care Coordinator - Forensics

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking a Forensic Care Coordinator for our Operating Avenues for Re-Entry Success (OARS) program serving Marathon, Wood and Clark counties. This is a full-time, benefit eligible role. The position requires regular visits in the client's home and/or community and then is able to work from home for documentation and meeting purposes. The role is primarily, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, but will require flexibility to meet the needs of clients.
This role provides comprehensive person-centered case management. This requires ongoing learning in Motivational Interviewing through participation in monthly coaching and quarterly fidelity reviews as well as the use of other identified evidence-based practices. This role works with individuals in DHS's Outpatient Competency Restoration Program (OCRP), Jail-Based Competency Program (JBCR), Conditional Release Program (CR), and Opening Avenues to Reentry Success Program (OARS), or Supervised Release (SR). Forensic Care Coordinators work collaboratively with community service providers that have been identified to specifically address the needs of the client with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder. LSS works closely with the client's treatment team and natural supports to best support whether the client is released from jail, prison, mental health institutions, or the community. Forensic Care Coordinators working in CR, OCRP, JBCR or OARS can be asked to work with clients in any of those programs, but Supervised Release remains separate. Supervised Release Care Coordinators will not work in CR, OCRP, JBCR or OARS:
The CR program works with individuals found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. Forensic Coordinators provide professional testimony, write court documents, and understand the 917.17 WSS. The Forensic Coordinator works with mental health institutions, court systems, natural support, and community providers.
The OCRP and JBCR offer services to adults charged with a crime adjudicated not competent to stand trial but likely to regain competency. The Competency programs Forensic Coordinators understand the 971.14 WSS and are responsible for meeting clients in the community (OCRP) as well as in the Jail setting (JBCR). The Forensic Coordinator works with the jail system, providing legal education, community providers, the court system, institutions, and natural support.
· The OARS program, the Forensic Coordinator, understands the criminogenic needs of the client. This is a voluntary program. The Forensic Coordinator starts meeting with the client at the correctional institution in the pre-release stage and continues through post-release. The Forensic Coordinator works closely with the client and their treatment team for up to two years.
· Supervised Release specifically works with sexually violent people who are committed under WI statute 980. While they currently may be living at Sandridge Secure Treatment Center, the role of LSS is to provide service coordination and services to assist them with a transition to living in the community.
o Sexually violent person: This is someone who has a mental disorder that makes it likely the person will engage in future acts of sexual violence convicted of a sexually violent offense, adjudicated as delinquent for a sexually violent offense, or found not guilty of or not responsible for a sexually violent offense by reason of mental disease or defect. These people are committed under Wis. Stat. ch. 980.
DIRECT SERVICE REQUIREMENTS (Required of all employees providing direct services):
Promote client independence and growth, consistent with the service plan.
Provide services using a trauma-informed and person and/or family-centered model.
Provide services utilizing agency approved and supported evidence-based practices that have been indicated by the funder and/or agency.
