Maintenance Associate Job in Myerstown, PA
Maintain and improve all company facilities, grounds, and material handling equipment. Work within the Warehouse to maintain equipment and operations.
Schedules:
Tuesday - Saturday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
What you get to do
Provide safe, timely, and effective maintenance on facilities, grounds, and equipment by following Facilities Maintenance procedures and methods
Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance Team to ensure proper condition of facilities, grounds and equipment
Achieve and maintain quality service and workmanship
Develop and maintain skill level by staying current with changes in technology, equipment, and maintenance procedures
What you need
Electrical back round up to 480 volts 3 phase would be preferred but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid equipment certifications
Basic mechanical aptitudes and skills
Ability to work with hand and power tools
Basic computer skills
Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks
Trouble-shoot, problem-solve, and make “judgment calls” effectively
Make decisions with an awareness of the impact on customers and other departments
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Effective interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
