Job Description
We are searching for a polite, professional Contact Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and informing consumers about our products and services. The Contact Center Representative may handle a high volume of calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer. They will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful Contact Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have basic computer skills. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable. The Representative's job is to help customers obtain loans and assist them through the repayment process. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Spotloan customer service hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. This position is classified as non-exempt hourly, full-time, at $15.00 per hour. This position is eligible for monthly bonus incentives based on performance. We are looking for candidates who can work a shift from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
In this role, you will be:
Answering or making calls to Spotloan customers to learn about and address their needs. Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued while creating lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
Adhering to all tribal and federal laws, company policies, and procedures.

Mandatory Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.
Accurate typing skills of 50 WPM.
Meet productivity standards to complete work in a timely manner, strive to increase productivity, and respond promptly.
Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus!
Excellent communication skills for listening, speaking, and writing with customers and colleagues.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and the Internet.
Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.

What will you do as a Sales Merchandiser - Part-Time?
As a part of the Sales Team, the Sales Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising of products on designated routes in a continuous effort to provide superior customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Merchandiser maintains product availability and stocks and merchandises products at all designated accounts, including ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, displays and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to CCBCHC standards.
On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.)
Maintain and organize CCBCHC stock as needed.
Ensure neat appearance of all CCBCHC equipment and product in assigned accounts.

Westat is currently seeking motivated individuals committed to excellence and experienced in working with primary and secondary school students to work as Assessment Administrators for the 2026 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) study. NAEP stands as the nation's most comprehensive, ongoing measure of student knowledge and skills, providing nationally representative insights into what U.S. students know and can achieve across a range of subject areas.
The primary role of the NAEP 2026 Assessment Administrator (AA) is to administer assessments in participating schools for grades 4, 8, and 12 in public and private schools. AAs will be administering assessments using school devices. About the Role:
As a Licensed Addiction Counselor at Heartview Foundation, you'll play a key role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading individual and group counseling sessions tailored to patient needs
Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
Utilizing evidence-based practices, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm reduction strategies
Collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals for coordinated, high-quality care
Promoting an inclusive environment that honors each individual's background and experiences

Requirements
What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled and empathetic professional who is passionate about making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:
An active North Dakota LAC license.
Prior experience in substance use treatment or addiction counseling (preferred).
Proficiency in assessments, individual and group therapy, and evidence-based approaches.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
If in recovery, one must have achieved a period of sustained abstinence and be able to demonstrate successful rehabilitation and stability.
Additional Requirements:
Successful background check.
Compliance with drug-free workplace policies, including pre-employment screening.
