Pros of working at Mystic Aquarium

Pros at the Aquarium: extremely helpful staff and leadership. I am a volunteer and find the employees accommodating and cheerful.

Cons of working at Mystic Aquarium

Cons at the Aquarium (from guest feedback and my observations): Some habitats are boring. Shark Lagoon animals often lying on the bottom, motionless. Amazon aquariums need information at the habitat or implement QR codes that take the guest to information resources. The outdoor rotunda needs to be painted.

Mystic Aquarium benefits

I am a volunteer and do not get benefits but I get a free meal ticket, which is more than enough!
