The subject matters are incredibly engaging
It is a job with large turn over so noone seems to know what's going one.
I am able to bring family and friends into the museum for free.
They run the place in way that makes it so it seems like they don't exist. As a worker you don't have to worry about them.
Less turn over. There is no stability in the chain of command. This makes it feel like there is no progress in the job.
I did nothing.
Doing trade work for the department I was in was about half of what you could get paid doing trade work any where else.
The seaport has very little diversity. The diversity measures implemented feel fake.
With a hands off management means you can work without interference.
