N Street Village, D.C.'s largest provider of housing and services for women experiencing homelessness, is seeking a compassionate and strategic Assistant Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services (ACD-BHS) to help lead our trauma-informed mental health and substance use programs. Lead trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for women with complex behavioral health needs. Design and enhance programs focused on recovery, crisis stabilization, and long-term wellness. Provide clinical oversight, maintain a small caseload, and support high-risk interventions. Facilitate staff training, professional development, and continuous learning. Collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver holistic care.
