Summary:
Lead service craftsperson are responsible for planning, working and supervising construction projects assigned. This includes but not limited to managing crafts team members, materials, equipment, and subcontractors required in the maintenance and construction of commercial buildings, churches, factories, office buildings, etc. Lead service craftsperson contributes to the responsibility for safety, client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, schedule adherence, and working as a team with office and other field personnel. Lead service craftsperson shall conform to applicable corporate policies & procedures, uphold ethical standards, and exemplify corporate values. Specific job duties include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Keep Safety in front of all things we do including following all Nabholz and job specific safety procedures.
Plan and supervise all aspects of the job including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule, and documenting actual hours worked, etc.
Maintain liaison with owner, engineers, project manager, subcontractors, etc. to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc. comply with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Maintain productive relationships with our clients.
Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work sequences, etc.) as required.
Set up and operates wood working tools to cut, form and finish material for the job. Erect or dismantle structures, repair, or refinish walls or structures.
Install wood and/or metal parts. Erect or dismantle roofing and/or siding.
Framing, drywall hanging and minor drywall finishing, etc.
Painting touchup or incidental painting after structure repairs.
Form, place, and finish concrete.
Ceiling installation and repair.
Hang doors, install locks, and hardware.
Cut, fit, and weld structural and miscellaneous steel.
Maintain shop equipment and tools.
Be active in team and morale building throughout all job duties including office personnel and field personnel.
This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.

Education/Skill Requirements:
3 to 5 years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completion of formal apprenticeship program, superintendent training program or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or work experience.
Ability to manage project schedules including change orders, personnel changes, etc.
Ability to work in noisy and hot or cold environments.
Employees are expected to fulfill list of required hand tools within 60 days of employment.
Ability to work outside of normal working hours and to respond to 24x7 emergency call out as needed.

Summary:
Project Superintendent has full responsibility for the onsite production of the project. Superintendent is responsible for directing craftsmen and subcontractors, administering Quality Management System, assuring conformity to design documents, maintaining sequences to meet schedule, conducting jobsite meetings, scheduling owned equipment, and administering jobsite safety program toward an achievable goal of zero incidents. Coordinate assigned work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.

Maintain communications with Employee Services and/or Production departments to resolve disputes, requisition manpower, and correct safety issues, etc.

Thorough understanding of architectural, civil, and engineering plans and specifications.

Job Title: Designer - Transmission Line

The Designer, Transmission will perform routine Transmission Line design assignments, which requires knowledge and skill in basic design techniques and procedure. This position will report to a Lead Designer and support transmission line projects across the QISG platform.

About this Role
The Senior Proposal Coordinator is an integral part of our proposal development process, entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the security and integrity of all proposal documentation. The Transmission Line Project Engineer will oversee the design of high voltage infrastructure projects. This role will involve providing an oversight role for the design team performing the detailed design. It will also include performing engineering to support EPC proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, with extensive experience in high voltage substation or transmission line projects.

Oversee projects from inception to completion, including: planning, design, permitting, construction support, and closeout.
Review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for electrical substations or transmission lines.
Ensure projects are on budget and schedule while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Review projects to verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards, including environmental and safety requirements.

What You'll Do
Strategically collaborate with engineering and operational leadership on technical goals and oversee engineering work.

What You'll Bring
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the electric utility industry performing engineering related duties and/or management for high voltage electrical projects.

Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

What You'll Do
The Accounts Payable Administrator reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and is responsible for providing financial and administrative services. Primary responsibilities include processing and auditing vendor invoices.
Responsibilities
* Ensure proper coding and entry of vendor invoices into a large ERP system.
* Coordinate with other departments regarding invoice coding and processing.
* Help maintain vendor files including setup of new vendors and assist with converting current vendors to electronic payments.
* Research outstanding invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
* Expense report processing: Monitor incoming expenses for assigned field personnel. Ensure that necessary receipts are attached, all expenses are coded properly, and monthly report is filed on or before the due date.
* Review and route incoming mail, both USPS and the AP email box.
* Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits, as needed.
* Work 40 hours a week on a regular basis, with OT as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
* High sense of urgency, ability to problem solve and able to meet all departmental deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as experience using a large ERP system.
* Trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
* Motivated, self-starter, organized, and able to work well as a team.
* Ability to work overtime as needed during month-end close and/or special projects.
* Drug free workplace: new employees must submit and successfully pass post-offer drug screening.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
* JD Edwards experience preferred.
