· Ensures all training programs align with federal, state, and local hospitality regulatory standards.
· Establish KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness, completion rates, and staff readiness.
· Use data to proactively identify gaps and recommend interventions to close them.
· Create follow-up training for compliance gaps, audit findings, or recurring performance issues.
· Adheres to and incorporates all quality, safety, and other company policies and regulations in the development and implementation of training procedures and programs.
· Assists HR management with the design and development of training materials and assessments.
· Develop and facilitate written performance assessments and key performance impacts to determine training efficiency.
· Enhance skills to include alternative adult learning methodologies, delivering one on one coaching and instruction, casual small group training and formal stand-up instruction.
· Communicates with HR and the management team to schedule, train, report and record retention.
· Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
· Evaluates, investigates, and responds to Guest comments.
· Liaison with tenant in relation to employee matters, such as employee awards
· Maintain accurate employee training files, competency checklists, and recertification records.
· Must be available to work any and all shifts, and available during and after work hours for investigative inquiries via cell phone.

· Must have the ability to go back and forth between the office building and the airport on a regular basis.

Job DescriptionMaintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Pay: $24-$34/hr + OT | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday - Must be flexible, including weekends About the Role: We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair, and maintain large industrial textile equipment and facility systems. You'll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure machines and boilers run safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily startup/shutdown of machinery and boiler operations
Diagnose and repair production equipment and facility systems
Execute preventive maintenance using CMMS system
Handle emergency breakdowns quickly and safely
Weld, cut, and perform general mechanical and electrical repairs
Program and troubleshoot PLCs
Operate forklifts, lifts, and follow all lockout/tagout and OSHA procedures
What You'll Need:
2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or laundry/production environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting (3-phase, 230V)
Boiler, PLC, welding, and general facility repair experience
Valid driver's license and clean record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in hot, noisy environments
Must be a self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Position Summary:
As an Electrical Engineering Intern at DLR Group you will be responsible for assisting in the design process of electrical building systems from schematics through construction administration on a wide range of building types. The successful candidate will:
Work with a licensed engineer designing electrical systems for new construction and/or building renovation projects
Attend design team meetings with an electrical engineer and observe the coordination that occurs among the team members of a multi-disciplinary design team
Assist an electrical engineer with the design and development of construction documents primarily using Revit
Visit an active construction site (contingent on the status of local construction projects)
Required Qualifications:
Enrollment in an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering program
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
At least a third-year student in an accredited engineering program
Interest in architectural building design
Experience or interest with BIM (e.g. Autodesk Revit MEP) workflow

Position Summary

Preferred Experience And Skills:

During our comprehensive training process, you will learn the following responsibilities for the Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) position which are located onsite at our client sites:
Daily monitoring of components to detect leaking equipment (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.) which can be a source of emissions and volatile hazardous air pollutants
Perform and record calibrations on analyzers after use
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers
Identify and report changes to components while performing monitoring
Identify and report new or removed components while performing monitoring
Identify and report Audio Visual Olfactory (AVO) leaks, Open-Ended Lines (OEL)
Identify and report components with missing identification tags
Support leak repair activities at customer work sites as required
Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily
Complete Equipment and Vehicle Inspections as required
Complete daily paperwork (job summary, component change forms, missing tags, etc)
Attend and participate in daily toolbox meetings and scheduled safety meetings
Complete all safety and knowledge trainings as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet for 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground (concrete, rock, grass, mud/dirt, etc.), while wearing the monitoring backpack (weighing up to 25 lbs.) as well as carry other equipment as needed (ladders, water coolers, etc.)
Love being outdoors, working safely in all weather conditions
Ability and desire to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300ft)
Ability to understand and use hand-held device, and have some mechanical abilities (preferred)
Reliable transportation to the worksites is required
