General Summary:
The Regional Site Administrator (RSA) supports the clinical education department for osteopathic medical students within an assigned geographic region. General Summary:
Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Director plans, manages, directs, coordinates, and delivers academic support services and programs to provide quality educational opportunities for all students and to maximize retention. • Coordinates the collection and approval of time sheets within set deadlines.
• Monitors and maintains adequate supply levels, placing orders when necessary.
• Provides initial coaching and mentorship to staff members as needed.
• Refers performance concerns to supervisors or managers for evaluation and potential implementation of a performance improvement plan.
