The camaraderie was always there - from the laborer to the management, everyone got along.
There was never any set training and any time you get put into a new position it was basically a sink or swim situation. They could use some good monthly classes to get everyone on the same page and implementing the same style of work no matter who the PM may be.
I was treated like family and they worked in a way that you didn't have to abide by the scheduled work hours. As long as your job was finished and nothing else was coming up, you were allowed to take a small break
