GOSA CORP works at Nagarro and a Chief Executive Officer at Gosa Group and Chief Executive Officer at Nagarro and is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. He studied at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT) between 2012 and 2017.

Vikram Sehgal is a co-founder of Nagarro. He has been Chief Operating Officer since 2015.

As a co-founder Vikram Sehgal has served in multiple operations roles in the Nagarro Group for over 20 years. Since 2016, he has been member of the management board of Nagarro Inc. Mr. Sehgal graduated from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, with a Bachelor of Technology in 1992. He is also a founder of the Re-Imagining Higher Education Foundation, which is the sponsoring body of Plaksha University in Punjab, India.

Manas Fuloria is responsible for defining Nagarro’s strategy and brand promise and for aligning various functions to deliver successfully on these. He plays the CEO role at Nagarro and is also a member of the Executive Board of Nagarro’s parent company, Allgeier SE. Manas has a background in technology and operations management with PhD and BTech degrees in the subject from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MSE degree from Stanford University. He has worked as a researcher with the Harvard Business School’s Technology and Operations Management group, and has advised Fortune 500 companies on operations strategy. A co-founder of Nagarro, his previous entrepreneurial ventures have included Dextrous Faber in manufacturing, SupplyChainge in stochastic retail supply chain optimization, MNI Partners in consulting, and the Proton Business School. He has spent half his life in the US, Europe and the Middle East and is now based in Delhi while traveling extensively.

Manmohan Gupta is a co-founder of Nagarro and has evolved from being the leading technologist to being the Human Resources guru. He mentors Nagarro’s technical managers and staff while ensuring that HR practices keep in line with Nagarro’s historical DNA and ethos. He is responsible for all hiring and training of technical personnel and been instrumental in building a world-class engineering team.

Manmohan has more than 17 years of experience in software architecture, design and development. He has extensive experience in the architecture of portal solutions, workflow systems, eCommerce platforms, eLearning solutions, business intelligence and reporting systems

Manmohan is also a founder-partner of the leading education firm Vidya Mandir Classes, which was acquired by Educomp Solutions in 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Vikas has ~25yrs of rich hands-on experience that spreads across technologies and domains. Combined with business vision and software architecture skills he has been actively involved in advising and consulting multiple organizations in Australia, Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States of America.From tech startups through large enterprises to government, Vikas is focused on applying innovation, and creating future-facing tech strategies and roadmap that helps in turning business vision into reality.Specialized in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, product re-engineering, portfolio rationalization, and DevOps, Vikas has a keen sense of integrating AI/ML backed components that bring enhanced ROI for the transformed enterprise. Passionate about artificial intelligence, personal finance, software estimation, oops, and JavaScript, Vikas has authored several open-sourced javascript libraries and frameworks. He is also an avid writer and a presenter on varied tech topics.

Holger Martin is a Chief Solution Architect at Nagarro and is based in München, Bayern, Germany. He attended Technical University of Munich.

With around 17+ years of IT experience, I have more than 15 granted patents. My work has a blend of entrepreneurship, engineering, consulting and innovation areas.

I specialize in different emerging technology areas like artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, cloud, IOT.

I have worked with Accenture Digital, IBM, Pitney Bowes. In different leadership capacities, I have been part of both delivery & client / commercial roles. For a small period, I was fortunate to run my own company (startup).

A significant chunk of my work was with Accenture, where I was heading India product engineering for digital, with around 250 people team in Gurgaon & New York. Products were spread in functional domains like media mix analytics & consumer personalization and analytics.

Five back to back Accenture Inventor award, this is the highest award in Accenture.

I have in past headed various leadership positions in omnichannel digital consumer, digital customer personalization, location intelligent web mapping, innovation, big data, advanced analytics in market-mix optimization, digital marketing, Adobe marketing cloud, Salesforce marketing cloud, machine learning (TensorFlow & Python), user experience, data visualization, mobile computing (Android), HTML5, Angular 4
