Bad management. It's who you're in good with, that counts there. Loyalty means nothing there. You have to be a yes person. Never say no, even if it is unethical.

Very unintelligent people work there mostly, They disrespect the property garbage everywhere, and the employee washrooms are dirty, probably never pass a health inspection
