Key Responsibilities Manage ORD Licensing for Emery Sapp & Sons Collaborate with CAD Technicians using different programs and tools to find best tools for specific tasks Coordinate with Design Build Project Teams to identify pain points and prevent repetitive issues typically found with electronic design files Coordinate within Project-wise for ongoing design build projects with third party design firm partners Reference live DGNs and create solutions in ORD for design visualization during on-going design build projects and pursuits Eliminate file conversion requirements and file sharing processes to speed up reviews Assist with design optimizations and solutioning using CAD tools Support estimating in all branches by using ORD functionality for takeoffs, file conversions, and data extractions Create deliverables using ORD (roll plots, sheets, electronic deliverables, CAD conversions, etc.) Coordinate with CAD managers and design firms on digital delivery and 3D model visualizations Create BIM ORD solutions for visualizations Manage many concurrent requests and prioritize effectively Continue to monitor new ORD Functionality and bring best practices to ESS that benefit various processes Required Skills & Qualifications Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and ask for help when needed Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and CAD communication) Team-oriented with willingness to share ideas and teach others Experience with CAD tools, ORD functionality, and digital delivery solutions Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
