Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong understanding in manufacturing, supply chain, shop floor, commercial, and financial operations. Define scope and strategy for data migration objects for each rollout, aligned with the global template. Lead and manage a team of Data Migration Experts. Coordinate and oversee execution of test scripts for data migration validation. Develop functional and technical specifications for ETL processes (Extract, Translate, Load). Implement robust data validation and reconciliation controls. Ensure compliance with Hydro's Quality system, HSE regulations, polices and standardized operating procedures. 50% travel required.
