Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and security features) under the guidance of senior staff. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and related tools. Support installation and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices). Collaborate on server and network reliability, security, and performance. Learn and implement IT security best practices, policies, and procedures. Assist with server backups, recovery procedures, and routine maintenance tasks. Participate in infrastructure upgrades and patching, following ITIL change management guidelines. Create and update training materials and IT documentation. Requirements Education and Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of relevant experience in systems or network support 5 years of work experience in an IT help desk role Certification in Network+, ITIL, A+, S+, etc. considered an asset Understanding of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL, PowerShell, and Remote Desktop Services.
