  • Palm Beach Educated & Playful Nanny Needed!

    The Nanny League 4.0company rating

    Nanny job at Nanny

PALM BEACH, FL- NATIONWIDE SEARCH: Palm Beach family is seeking a polished, professional, and energetic career nanny to join their long-standing household team and provide exceptional care for their four children-a bright and creative five-year-old girl, spirited two-and-a-half-year-old twin boys, and a sweet eleven-month-old baby girl. This is a fully staffed, team-oriented household where collaboration is key. The ideal candidate will have experience working in tandem with a hands-on, active mother and will thrive in a supportive partnership. The home includes additional long-term staff members-a cook, housekeeper, and butler/chauffeur-who work seamlessly together to ensure a smooth daily rhythm. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30p.m., with flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed, in which case alternate days off will be provided during the week. This is a live-in position, and the nanny will enjoy private accommodation with en-suite shower and bathroom. Responsibilities include managing the morning routines, handling school drop-offs and pick-ups for the older children, as the twins attend preschool and the eldest is in kindergarten. The nanny will engage the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities, assist with naps and feeding schedules, oversee the children's laundry and organization, and take care of light housekeeping related to the children. Coordination with household staff to maintain a well-structured and harmonious environment is essential, as is the ability to plan creative, educational, and physically engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, swimming, and sports. Evening routines are an important part of the day as well, with dinner served to the children around 4:30 - 5:00 p.m followed by bath and bedtime beginning by 6.00 p.m. The family leads a very outdoorsy, active lifestyle and loves bike rides, swimming, and spending time in nature, so the nanny must be equally fit, energetic, and hands-on. The twin boys are in their “terrific twos,” and the family seeks someone patient, confident, and experienced with toddler dynamics who can bring both warmth and structure to their days. The position involves travel with the family, who typically spend June in the United Kingdom and August in Maine. There are also frequent weekend trips to their residence in Albany, Georgia, November through January. A valid driver's license is required, and TSA PreCheck approval is ideal. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the family would love for the children to continue developing their bilingual skills, though fluency in English and excellent communication are equally important. The family has one Labrador, with additional dogs at their Georgia property, so the nanny must be comfortable around animals. Twin experience and/or a background in early childhood education are highly valued. A nanny who is musically inclined or has a creative flair would be a wonderful match, as the five-year-old enjoys arts and crafts, gymnastics, and tennis. Above all, the family seeks someone loving, energetic, and intellectually engaging; a nanny who brings positivity, creativity, and calm authority to the household. This role is ideal for a seasoned, professional nanny who embodies both playfulness and poise and can balance fun with firm, loving boundaries. Compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience. This is an extraordinary opportunity for an experienced and dynamic nanny to join a warm, respectful, and sophisticated family and play an integral role in the children's daily lives and development.
