Key Responsibilities: * Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally supportive care for the baby * Establish and maintain a consistent feeding, nap, and playtime routine * Prepare bottles and manage baby-related meal prep * Handle baby laundry and maintain organization in nursery and play areas * Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities and sensory play * Monitor milestones and communicate observations with parents * Support a calm, clean, and structured home environment (Offer occasional light pet care as needed (letting the dog out, basic assistance)) Ideal Candidate: * Demonstrated experience with newborns and infants, 5+ years * Knowledge of infant development, sleep routines, and feeding schedules * Professional, reliable, and organized with excellent communication skills * Warm, patient, and confident in guiding new parents through early transitions * Comfortable collaborating with parents who are home during the day * Pet-friendly and adaptable to a dynamic household This is a long-term position for a Nanny who is seeking consistency, professionalism, mutual respect and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a growing family.
