A warm family based in Midland, TX, is seeking a full-time live-in nanny/family assistant to join their family, caring for their soon-to-be 4- and 2-year-old daughters and a newborn due in May. The position will begin as soon as the ideal candidate is found, and the family will work with the candidate to determine a schedule that works for everyone. Typical hours will be Monday through Friday. The family asks for some flexibility for night and weekend coverage with notice if they have a social or work event. Responsibilities
Providing a warm and loving environment while maintaining structure and respectful boundaries. Tag-teaming with involved stay at home mother including switching off staying home with baby while mom takes older children out or vice versa
Transportation to activities, play dates, and outings including pick-up and drop-offs at school. The older two girls will be at the same school through end of summer.
Coordinating schedules for naps, meals, and activities
Helping with meal preparation and cooking for the children
Managing the tidiness and organization of the children's spaces and belongings
Child-related laundry
Qualifications
The parents are actively involved, so you must be a team player and also know how to read a room
Pitch-in attitude and a proactive and positive personality
Easy-going personality and able to roll with changes
Fun and energetic. While structure and boundaries are important, this is a home filled with love and laughter
Requirements
A true animal lover as the family currently has two cats and a dog
Driver's license and clean driving record
Professional/career nanny who knows how to maintain boundaries and able to navigate being in a live-in role.
Tech savvy (baby connect, calendar, etc.)
Team player with excellent communication

What Your Days Will be Like:
As a Caregiver within our CareBenefits team, you will have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in your area!
