Childcare provider's goal is to provide a safe loving learning environment for children 6 weeks through the Pre-K years.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be to work on time.

Be cordial when speaking with parents, other staff members and most of all the children.
Make sure you report to the director necessary supplies needed for teaching.
Adhere to any and all additional instructions given to you by the director that is not listed in the handbook.
Adhere to all the policies, procedures and regulations of the building and district.
Report suspected abuse, neglect, discrimination and harassments as directed by Board policy.

This is a temporary, full-time, one-time occurrence and he is seeking to fill the job opening for his employment from April 1, 2024 to March 31^st^, 2027.
Duties: Care for three children under age 12 in private household. Duties may include meal planning and preparation, laundry and clothing care, organization of play activities and outings, discipline, intellectual stimulation, language activities, and transportation; perform housekeeping and cleaning duties related to children's care; supervise and assist with homework; remove hazards and develop appropriate boundaries and rules to create a safe environment for children.
Anticipated Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM or 12:00PM to 9:00PM depending on the weekday.

Terms and Conditions of Employment:
$13.12/hr; Overtime will be provided at time and half which is $19.68/hour.
Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
Tools, equipment, and supplies: The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies and equipment to perform the job at no charge.
On-the-Job Training Available: Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The pay period is every two weeks. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.
The Employer hereby notifies the Department that neither the employer or its agent/attorney have entered into any agent or recruiter of H-2B workers. Therefore, no copies of such agreements exist.
