* Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in an expedient, efficient and courteous manner.

Summary
Responsible for improving experience with the EHR and associated clinical IT systems. Will be a leader and change agent, working closely with leaders and clinicians to understand their users' work flows and needs. Responsible for analyzing, developing, documenting, and tracking clinical content. Develop and oversee the completion of project plans and schedules, and track the progress of content development and build, including remediation efforts, enhancement, and demand projects.
Essential Functions
* Maintains awareness of existing and emerging technology, regulatory, and market factors and assists in the development of the clinical IT strategy.
* Serves as a key clinical promoter for major information technology projects within their purview.
* Acts as an advocate for the protection of patient privacy and the security of protected health information.
* Manages content development and helps to inform build activities between and among work groups.
* Leads assigned work groups and facilitates interactions and communication to arrive at solutions for content development and management.
* Provides coordination and direction to complete the assigned clinical content tasks, produce the required deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet the relevant project milestones according to the established timeline.
* Formulate recommendations as appropriate based on the results of the analysis.
* Facilitates training sessions and workshops for clinical staff to promote quality standards and leading practices.

* Use proper body mechanics to transport patients and equipment to all areas of the hospital. Transport and lift bodies into the morgue.
* Transport blood to the floors as requested.

* Change oxygen tanks and maintain proper number of oxygen tanks in each unit.

Job Summary
The Director of Development plays an integral role in strengthening the Mass General Brigham, Academic Medical Centers philanthropic program. The Director is an individual contributor who will be working directly with Department of Medicine faculty and leadership to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individuals and families. In addition to staffing individual faculty, the Director will be the primary point of contact for multiple MGB Division Chiefs, in areas including Pulmonary and Critical Care, Infectious Disease, Palliative Care & Geriatric Medicine, and General Internal Medicine.
The Director will manage a portfolio of prospects and donors and meet annual fundraising and performance metrics as established by the department.
Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities):
Build and actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, including:
o Successfully solicit and close gifts ranging from outright, life income, bequests, and gifts of assets, with appropriate guidance from supervisor.
o Meet annual fundraising targets from new and existing donors.
o Conduct a minimum of 100 total donor meetings and prospect qualifications through both proactive and reactive donor identification and engagement.
o Successfully solicit a minimum of 24 $250K+ gifts, working with other faculty, volunteers, and administrative staff as appropriate.
o Raise between $5.5M-$7M annually from new and existing donors.
o Formulate, document and execute prospect and donor moves management strategies.
o Fully document work in the donor database, Blackbaud CRM.
* Work with prospects to develop and enhance the relationship to and connection with the hospitals, ultimately leveraging that relationship to maximize philanthropic giving.
* Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising teams to achieve team and overall Development Office fundraising goals.

As required by CLIA, testing personnel are responsible for specimen processing, test performance, and reporting test results. The Medical Laboratory Scientist, Senior I, in their role as Technical Supervisor, Technical Consultant, or General Supervisor as defined by CLIA, may be delegated responsibility for technical oversight of the laboratory, including day-to-day supervision of operations and personnel performing testing and reporting results. Under the general supervision of the Technical Director and Clinical Supervisors, the Senior Technologist I also oversees assigned workstations, including Quality Control (QC) review, staff training, competency assessments, and inventory management.

Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and recordkeeping.

Adhere to quality control policies and document all QC activities, calibrations, and maintenance.
Follow established corrective action procedures when test systems fall outside acceptable performance standards.
Identify issues that may adversely affect test performance or result reporting, and either correct them or immediately notify the appropriate supervisor or director.
Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from established performance specifications, in accordance with 42 CFR 493.1425 and 493.1495.

Qualifications
The Therapeutic Float is responsible for helping to manage the therapeutic needs of participants in collaboration with their group leaders, assistant group leaders and leadership staff. This includes serving as a resource in a variety of therapeutic models that foster growth in the areas of social pragmatics, stress and anxiety management, and self-awareness. The Float will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in these skills and provide consultation and training to staff in effective strategies. Job Summary
The Operating Room Surgical Aide works as an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for maintaining a safe environment in which quality patient care is delivered. He/she works under the direct supervision of the registered professional nurse, the Pod Leader, and the Operating Room Charge Nurse. The O.R. Surgical Aide is responsible for the transportation of patients to and from the Operating Room and other locations. As needed and directed, he/she assists nursing staff in the rooms with patient care which includes positioning and transfer of anesthetized patients as well as supporting limbs during a surgical skin prep. He/she is also responsible for performing a shave prep of the patient prior to surgery, according to established guidelines, and the delivery of specimens and blood products to and from the Laboratory and Radiology. Other duties include between-case cleaning, the handling of infectious waste, sharps, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the Pods and CSR2 Soiled area. The O.R. Surgical Aide is responsible for maintaining inventory levels of specified stock items in the Operating Room, and the preparation of stretchers and oxygen tanks to see that both are ready and available when needed for patient transport. Prioritization of patient care tasks at hand and communication with health care team members is an important factor in performing the duties of this role. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Understands the importance and practice of Isolation/Precautions in patient care. •Maintains inventory level of specified stock items within the Operating Room according to established guidelines. •Responsible for assisting nursing staff in the rooms as needed and directed (i.e. turning, moving anesthetized patients, holding of extremities for surgical prep, gathering of equipment, etc.). •Performs between-case cleaning in order to minimize turnaround between surgical procedures. •Checks status of stretchers to assure they are ready and available when needed for patient transport. Cleans according to established policy and procedure. •Responsible for performing the Balancing of the Total Care Bed for specific patient populations prior to patient use. •Checks status of oxygen tanks on stretchers to assure O2 is always available for patient transport. •Maintains inventory of medical gases for patient care, i.e. oxygen, laser mixture, nitrogen, compressed air. •Delivery of specimens and blood products to the Laboratory or Radiology, as directed by nursing personnel. •Cleans Operating Room equipment at end of surgical procedures, including surgical table, mayo stands, ring stands, instrument tables, kick buckets and IV poles, according to established infection control policies and procedures, i.e. Isolation/Precautions. •Runs errands as needed and directed by registered professional nurse and/or charge nurse, understanding the importance of efficiency in performing tasks. •Collaborates with other members of the surgical team to see that each Operating Room is clean and all equipment is in place. •Performs shave prep on surgical patient as directed, according to established guidelines, policy and procedure. •Determines specific waste type, i.e. hazardous vs. regular, for proper disposal of O.R. trash. •Maintains order and cleanliness in CSR2 Soiled room where linen, trash, and infectious waste are stored prior to disposal via CSR/Environmental Services. •Communicates pertinent information with regard to patient care concerns to appropriate personnel. •Responsible for application of the principles of asepsis to maintain integrity of the sterile field. •Assists and collaborates with the Circulating nurse and Surgical Technologist to set up for surgical procedures with proper instrumentation, equipment and supplies. •Assists in the care, cleaning and maintenance of all general and specialty instruments, equipment and supplies according to established guidelines, policies and procedures. •Maintains confidentiality of information related to individual patients and patient care units.

GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
Our team's research is dedicated to understanding and improving the access, affordability, and value of ambulatory care in the US. Topics include primary care payment, delivery, and policy innovation; telemedicine; burdens of care faced by older adults; low-value care and its downstream consequences; and physician gender equity (See here for an overview). We are looking for a full-time Research Assistant (RA) (40 hours/week, hybrid/remote with flexible hours) to help us with this work. The Research Assistant II (RA II) will work closely with Dr. Ganguli and her team, which includes collaborators at a range of institutions such as Brown School of Public Health, the Harvard School of Public Health, RAND, and Oregon Health & Science University. The RA will participate in research and other publications as a co-author, present research, and be mentored by Dr. Ganguli and the team. The RA will also have opportunities to assist Dr. Ganguli in writing articles for newspapers and other media outlets, and to interface with her work on national primary care policy. In affiliation with the Division of General Internal Medicine and Primary Care (DGIM), the RA II will have numerous opportunities for training and career development, for example by attending conferences and participating in division-wide RA activities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Over the course of a research project, the RA will:
* Help to prepare Institutional Review Board (IRB) review documents
* Manage projects and workflows (schedule conference calls and meetings, prepare agendas and pre/post-meeting materials; keep various study teams on weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules)
* Conduct literature reviews and manage citations with Zotero
* Use Excel to collect, construct, clean, and link data sets and perform descriptive analyses
* Learn and apply statistical methods such as linear regression, matching, and quasi-experimental designs using statistical software such as STATA or R
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations, posters, figures, tables, and other data visualizations (creativity encouraged!)
* Assist in writing and formatting research manuscripts for publication
