What You'll Do: Deploy production voice agents in weeks, not months, to drive immediate growth Architect scalable infrastructure capable of handling 10,000+ concurrent calls Build outbound agents that qualify leads, book meetings, and close pipeline gaps Develop intelligent, multi-turn conversation workflows for long-form applications Launch 24/7 voice agents for servicing, claims, payments, and renewals Create internal tools and analytics to measure and optimize conversation quality About You: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ focused on voice/audio systems Hands-on experience deploying production voice AI systems at scale (50K+ minutes/month) Strong background in telephony and real-time audio (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, VAD, AEC, noise suppression) Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js for real-time systems Deep knowledge of modern STT/TTS and conversational AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, etc.) Track record of shipping features fast and measuring success by business outcomes Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) and excited by an in-office, high-intensity startup culture Why Join: This is an early hire at a YC startup where voice is the biggest lever for scale.
