Create and implement a comprehensive operations and staffing plan for Centennial Beach and related facilities.
Work closely with related departments to identify strategic initiative, establish direction, and further develop customer service philosophy. Coordinate the use of facilities and services with other departments in the District, school districts, community organizations, and with contractual vendors. Modify activity schedules as needed to optimize facility utilization.

Develop annual department/division budget and yearend projections as outlined in the annual budget calendar. Communicate budgetary requests as needed and educate direct reports on the approved annual budget. Continuously monitor budget performance throughout the year, adjusting for unexpected expenses or fluctuations in revenue as appropriate. Approve expenditures.
Optimize traditional and alternative revenue sources available for programming and department objectives.

Job Description
The Cart & Range Attendant is responsible for assisting with the operations of the practice facilities, golf carts, and clubhouse.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and record group starting time and monitor safety of golf patrons. Record cart Maintain practice facilities including keeping teeing grounds neat and presentable, keeping range balls and range shed clean, and safely and efficiently using equipment to pick up range balls as needed.
Maintain golf carts, including keeping carts available for patrons, inspecting and cleaning carts after use, and parking in facility when done.
Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, parking lot, golf course, and washrooms.
Assist Food Service Sales Associates with deliveries and stocking supplies.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to work independently in day-to-day operations with general direction from supervisor.
Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns.
Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing ≤ 30 lbs on a daily. Lifting assistance is required when lifting > 30 lbs.
