Present "offers" to customers who qualify for a vehicle upgrade, while explaining advantages of upgrading into a new vehicle (savings on payments, fuel economy, and repairs; new warranty, manufacturer enhancements, three-year upgrade savings…). Introduce customers who are interested in finding out more information about their "offers" to the appropriate sales individual. Assist the sales associate during the sales process as needed. Follow up with customers that you were unable to speak with in person and set follow up reminder dates based on outcome of conversations. Follow up with customers regarding lower payments or with leases expiring soon, using phone scripts when necessary. Contact customers coming in for service the next day, prepare the customer for their service reception and print offers to review with customers once they arrive.
