Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers while providing reliable administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:45am - 5:00pm.
Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence in a courteous and professional manner; direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Great and assist visitors including customers, vendors and job applicants.
Perform general office duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with data entry for various departments with a high attention to detail.
Support HR with new hire orientations by preparing materials and translation assistance.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, document preparation and mail distribution.
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations and organizational needs.
Qualifications
