The expected base pay for this role will be between $55,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Provide pastoral care for lay leadership and families in the preschool/children's ministry, including spiritual matters (salvation, baptism, etc.) and personal and/or family matters including pregnancy, adoption, miscarriage, births, and/or parent and child dedications.
Oversee the needs of the childcare ministry of the church, coordinating childcare for church events, groups, and managing paid and volunteer childcare workers.
