Pros of working at Natera

As a CLA you're doing repetition work every day much like a fast food restaurant. It gets boring very quickly and the pay is very low (very low!). Don't plan on staying here more than a few months. Just be here while searching for another job. Lots of promises to move up but they're always squashed.

Cons of working at Natera

Cheap leadership taking advantage of new grads, boring and repetitive, no challenges. nateras average employee seems to work for 4 to 6 months before moving to a fair company.

Natera benefits

Free lunch is provided, including steaks!
