Must be able to work a training schedule for 6-8 weeks of 8am-4:30pm. Once training is complete, employee will move to overnight schedule. Reliable attendance is critical to this position.
A few of the primary responsibilities include:
Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into computer systems
Maintains prescription information to ensure accurate records.
Troubleshoots any rejected claims or billing issues.
Place outbound phone calls and faxes to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare partners.
Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
