• Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

THIS POSITION COULD BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE U.S. The NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE will identify high profile national account opportunities, secure agreements for both rental and direct sale programs via the phone and in-person customer visits. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for providing ongoing customer service that supports Aramark's relationship with its national account customers; Support the mission and vision of the National Accounts Group and Aramark Uniform Services through aggressive end user prospecting and qualifying of potential customers; Build a viable prospect base consisting of end users that wear or have short, intermediate, or long term opportunities to wear uniforms/career apparel; Pursue Territory Saturation of Aramark Brand by building market with new installations and / or attaining market share by pursuing existing end user accounts from competitors. Identify ways to grow margin while identify process/cost improvements for customers; Attain annual quota on direct sale and rental new business; Update and maintain an electronic contact management system as well as provide reports on corporate accounts pursuits; Maintain awareness at all times of the contract status of all Fortune 1,000 Businesses and on-going contact in his/her territory; Generate monthly (activity level & results) reports; Attend trade shows / training sessions when necessary and coordinate and follow-up selected direct mail and calling programs; Identify local and regional sales opportunities and forward to appropriate sales person; Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Candidate must be located within his/her selling territory; No special physical requirements for this position.

• Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

• Experience:

Five to seven years outside sales business-to-business (B2B) selling is required.

• Travel Requirements:

Candidate must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time.

The National Reinsurance Executive role will work closely with the VP of the Western Division, as well as the field force of Area F&I Managers to continue to execute the proven sales and service strategy initiatives of the National account segment of Programs & Direct Markets for the Western Region of the U.S..

This National Reinsurance Executive will continue to help successfully drive new business, maintain high profile relationships to create wealth building opportunities for dealerships and develop strategic relationships outside of the Zurich Organization. The primary responsibility will be to help drive growth and profitability within their assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have a track record of sales success, leadership capabilities, as well as a solid understanding of Reinsurance as it relates to Dealership Operations and Finance Products as they relate to our production goals.

**NOTE: This position is a virtual position and can be located anywhere in the Western U.S.

The ideal candidate should have access to a large airport for efficient travel purposes.

**Job Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of Automotive Dealership experience with a focus on Sales, F&I, Reinsurance, Operations or Accounting

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of Automotive Dealership experience with a focus on Sales, F&I, Reinsurance, Operations or Accounting

The National Account Executive (NAE) will be responsible for sales to the Atlanta, Mid-Atlantic and Harris Teeter Kroger divisions. This NAE position is a critical role for KDP, serving as a member of the sales management team contributing to the strategic direction of the customer relationship. This role contributes to volume, profit and share growth by driving distribution and availability across KDP's entire portfolio of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) brands at three major Kroger divisions.

The role demands a results oriented, collaborative thinker with strong business planning, excellent communication, and strategic selling skills. The right candidate must bring solution-based thinking and an extraordinary level of commitment. The individual must be a cultural fit within the team and work toward a team first mentality. Responsibilities:

+ Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Kroger divisional Grocery Sales Planners and internal key stakeholders such as KDP operations, various Routes to Market and the KDP leadership team.

+ Receives information from various Cincinnati based NAE's (CSD, Tea, Emerging & WD) complies and presents to Divisional Grocery Sales Planner to secure ad feature and display

+ NAE will be the One Voice to these Kroger divisions

+ Demonstrates skills in Selling/Negotiating and Strategic Planning-Strong Executive presence to build Top to Top relationships with Kroger divisional Team

+ Manage and support all aspects of customer relationships and selling

+ Manage promotional processes from the planning stage, to development to execution, ensuring all retailer timelines are met, deliverables are executed, and communication is timely to internal parties, external partners and the retailer.

+ Investment Strategy: Maximize and execute trade budgets against promotional plans/calendars to deliver optimal margin

+ Stakeholder Management: Sell key initiatives to bottlers/ distributor decision makers, ensuring execution of strategies and plans

+ Utilize internal syndicated data to identify opportunities and adjust plans to meet and exceed annual goals and objectives

+ Ability to drive change

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

+ Minimum 3 years of CPG sales, or sales support experience required

+ DSD and/or Beverage experience strongly preferred

+ Minimum 2 years' experience using IRI, Nielsen Scantrak or other syndicated data

+ Minimum 3 years' experience using MS Office products like PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
