Job Title: Manager Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

Essential Functions:
Has overall responsibility for Flight Operations regulatory compliance, including the management, compliance, and implementation of National Airlines Operations Specifications Parts A, B, and C.
Serves as the FAAs point of contact for operational regulatory matters.
Handles, coordinates, and implements changes driven by regulatory matters such as lAls, VSDs, CAs for Flight Operations, Flight Operations Training, Dispatch, and Crew Scheduling.
Responsible for NAL Internal Audit Program (IAP), Safety Management System (SMS), and IOSA compliance for Flight Operations and Flight Operations Training
Has authority and responsibility for the development and implementation and overall success of NAL Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program
Actively serves as a member of multiple industry groups.
Researches and reviews the CFRs, ACs, ADs, Orders, Notices, FAA Order 8900.1, and other FAA documents, and distributes to the applicable department for implementation into manuals and/or work procedures.
Logs, reviews, and distributes for action, when required, the SAFO/ln FO list from the FAA.
Monitors the FM Approved Deicing Program Updates and ensures the most current Deicing Holdover Timetables.
Assists the Director of Operations to ensure Flight Ops complies with SMS and with NAL Internal Audit Program (IAP)
Audits a wide range of Operational documentation to assess the level of compliance with written procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an aviation related discipline preferred.
4 years of management experience working for a Part 121 Air Carrier which may be substituted for 4 years of Part 121 flight operations experience or a combination of both.
Due to flight crew interface with FDA program and aircraft limitations/envelopes, an FAA Pilot Certificate or FAA Dispatcher Certificate is preferred, not required
Must have a clear understanding and working knowledge of all regulatory requirements including but not limited to National Airlines approved/accepted manuals, operations specifications, 14 CFRs, FAA Orders, Advisory Circulars, Handbook Bulletins, HBATs, FSATs, FSIBs, SAIBs, HBAWs, 32 CFR 861, and other regulatory documents pertinent to National Airlines' Air Carrier Certificate.

Job Title: Records Analyst Maintenance Control

Summary: The Records Analyst supports our Maintenance Control and Quality Control departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate aircraft records, supporting compliance, and ensuring the integrity of maintenance and inspection data. The Records Analyst must be detail-oriented and analytical. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and are committed to the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
Participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) as outlined in the SMS Manual.
Maintain accurate records and verify usage and time intervals between inspections and maintenance for designated aircraft parts.
Manage electronic databases or card files for individual parts, including time-used data and inspection findings.
Review Operations flight logs for accuracy and apply corrections as necessary.
Conduct periodic audits of database records to ensure data quality and completeness.
Respond to inquiries from the Maintenance Control Department regarding historical and statistical aircraft data.
Assist Maintenance Control with data entry into AMOS and support part booking in the system.
Collaborate with Planning to address AMOS forecast issues and relay necessary task updates.
Track rotatable parts accurately and verify their positions on individual aircraft.
Prepare standard and recurring reports based on file or database information.
Respond appropriately to urgent or emergency issues as they arise.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
Aviation background preferred.
3-5 years of record-keeping experience preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
Able to work any assigned shifts including nights, overnight, weekends, and holidays
Strong ethical standards and professional conduct.
Basic math and writing skills.
Strong analytical ability and good judgment/decision-making skills.

Revises and develops Maintenance Training Courses in accordance with course outlines in the National Airlines Training program
Develops training Aids and other Course Materials enhancing the training modules in the National Airlines Training Program
Develops, maintains, and updates the Maintenance Training Learning Management System (LMS) Courseware and electronic documentation for initial and recurrent training requirements
Ensures training documentation and currency tracking of Maintenance personnel are current and updated through Auditing measures
Schedules the required Ground Training events contained in the National Airlines Approved Training Programs, making sure of training facilities and instructor availability
Notification of the DM and DQC of any employee lapse in currency for failing to complete a required training event as scheduled
Develops procedures, controls, process measurement, and interface to track training effectiveness and processes of the National Airlines Training Program

Required Qualification and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Unrestricted FAA license with airplane category and multiengine class ratings.

Reviews all aircraft discrepancies and delays for possible MISR/SDR reportable items. Follows procedures for MISR/SDR data collection
Monitors all delays and follow delay report procedures

Provide updated FAK weight changes to SOC/Dispatch when changes are made.

Qualifications & Experience:
Must possess a valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) rating

Duties & Responsibilities:
Must be thoroughly familiar with and adhere to instructions and procedures contained in the applicable company operational manuals.
Responsible for compliance with all regulations promulgated by both the FAA, foreign aviation authority if applicable, and the Company for the conduct of the flight.
Responsible for compliance with all clearances and directives issued by valid controlling agencies, i.e., Air Traffic Control (ATC), and Ground Control, etc.
Is considered to be in training for upgrading to Captain. Must take advantage of all Captain instructions and information available to prepare accordingly through observing closely the standard in-flight operating procedures and other techniques used by Captains during flight. Ensures necessary forms and flight deck supplies are adequately stocked and available to the crew prior to each flight.
Performs the duties of a Relief Officer on a crew of 3 or more Pilots

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Hold a current and unrestricted ATP certificate with an airplane category multi-engine class rating and English proficiency endorsement.
Hold a current FAA First Class medical Certificate.
Hold and FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Hold a valid U.S. passport with no restrictions on international travel.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Have a minimum of 2500 hours total time (if applicant holds less than 2500, may be considered depending on flying experience and flown aircraft types).
Have a minimum of 500 hours of turbine time.
Have a minimum of 1000 hours fixed wing or 500 hours with a 121 carrier.
Minimum age of 23 (All National pilots are subject to FAA 121 mandatory retirement regulations).
Note: ATP issued with a CIRC APCH-VMC Only limitation is acceptable.
Current and qualified operating in Part 121, 135 or 91 environments. (Preferred)
