MORGAN has been headquartered in Houston since 1959 and currently has regional offices in Denver and Miami.
Watson, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, joined Morgan in January 2014 as the Senior Vice President of National Property Management.
In 2019, MORGAN was ranked as the number one medium-sized company to work for by the Houston Chronicle.
Our corporate office moved to a new space in December 2020.
Changing up in-person interaction between onsite associates, residents and prospects was a key part of our 2020 focus and success strategies.
A lot of the changes Highmark and the industry implemented during 2020 will become static and part of our playbook moving forward.
Morgan was also recognized as NAA Top Places to Work in 2020, which was an amazing accomplishment based on the challenging past year.
In 2020, it was almost all work and not much work/life balance for our onsite teams.
