Lawrence Yun is a Chief Economist at National Association of Realtors and is based in Washington, D.C.. He has worked as Senior Economist at National Association of Realtors, Research Associate at IRIS Center University of Maryland College Park, and Economist at Economic Systems Inc. Lawrence attended Purdue University between 1984 and 1987 and University of Maryland between 1988 and 1995.

As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the nation’s largest trade association, Victoria Gillespie is responsible for garnering results that inform, empower and engage nearly 1.4 million REALTORS®. A marketing and communications veteran, Victoria’s background includes extensive experience in the financial services industry, including leading teams at the REALTORS® Federal Credit Union and Northwest Federal Credit Union. Over the course of her career, she has developed multiple award-winning advertising campaigns, secured strategic partnerships to generate revenue growth and overseen the facilitation and coordination of strategic planning and events, serving thousands of attendees.

At the National Association of REALTORS®, Victoria leads a fully integrated team that includes marketing, public relations, executive communications and events. In her role, Victoria has engaged with thousands of members about the value of the NAR brand and how to market the value of that combined brand to buyers and sellers in the marketplace. Her strategic leadership, has delivered strong results using a multi-faceted approach, developing innovative, creative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness-all while helping to transition the Marketing, Communications, and Events teams into a marketing solutions leader in the industry. A cornerstone of her recent work is the 2019 launch of the “That’s Who We R” campaign, a remarkable example of innovation for NAR which has garnered more than 1.4 BILLION impressions nationwide. An empathetic leader who has led both small and large teams, Victoria prides herself on fostering a work environment of respect, trust and empowerment.
