We're looking for an experienced IT Specialist I to support daily IT operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for employees and members. You'll provide first line technical support, collaborate with team members, and support the strategic objectives of the IT Department. What You'll Do:
Resolve issues with software, hardware, and network systems.
Assist in administration of networking equipment, servers, endpoint management, and backup/restore processes.
Support vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, and configuration hardening activities.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents as well as implement solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures and asset inventories.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity.
What You'll Bring:
1-3 years of similar or related IT experience.
A two-year degree, specialized certification, or equivalent training and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Office suites, with ability to troubleshoot.
Experience with VOIP phone systems, including incident resolution.
Familiarity with basic infrastructure administration (servers, networking equipment, endpoint devices, backup/restore processes).
Strong attention to detail in documentation, ticketing, and asset management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Typical office work environment. Salary Wage will range from $29.00 to $33.00. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 9 and does not include additional perks. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
