We are currently seeking a Financial Crimes Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This position will be in office in either Midvale, UT or Phoenix, AZ area.
* Responsible for conducting QA reviews of the intelligence work products (Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Investigative Summaries, Assessments, Enhanced Due Diligence Reviews, Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), KYC Reviews and AML recordkeeping) of the Financial Intelligence Operations.
* Executes against strategies and maintains the highest levels of quality intelligence work products set forth by internal standards and federal law.
* Responsible for technical reviews of SARs to include validating data contained within the SAR form and SAR narrative, CTRs and Monetary Instrument Logs (MILs) and KYC documentation.
* Technical validations include utilizing case files and source systems to ensure data quality and accuracy.
* Responsible for narrative reviews of SARs to include ensuring decision, analytic and research quality standards have been met in accordance with the FIU's operational procedures and an intuitive cursory of the SAR's fact pattern to ensure a sound basis for filing has been met and is reasonably supported by fact based analysis.
* Responsible for technical and narrative reviews of Investigative Summaries to include validating data and ensuring decision, analytic and research quality standards have been met in accordance with the FIU's operational procedures.
* Intuitive cursory reviews of the fact pattern as articulated to support the decision not to file a SAR.
* Continuously develops knowledge base of financial crime matters.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law or related field and 1+ year AML experience, specifically handling SARs and complex financial crime matters, auditing this area and/or criminal investigative or intelligence experience as an end user of SAR/FinCEN/BSA data and/or experience as internal auditor, state/federal regulator or compliance testing specialist. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
* Relevant Professional Certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFCS, CIA) is a plus.
* Basic working knowledge of BSA, AML, SARs, investigative summaries, assessments, due diligence and audit reviews, Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and KYC Reviews.
* Ability to articulate sensitive and challenging positions on issues involving multiple parties.
* An ability to influence multiple parties based on sound logical reasoning and fact based analysis.

They are the primary contact person providing proactive emails and calls will offer expert mortgage and servicing heloc expertise to provide consultative support to resolve operational questions, confusion, or issues that may from time to time arise within end-to-end servicing. Advises clients of the most effective combinations of products and services for their individual situation. Actively engages in meaningful conversations with clients to ensure that solutions are suggested and or provided that meet the ongoing business and operational needs. As the operational expert for the client, the Account Officer/Manager is positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the Relationship Manager with minimal supervision. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Identify, track, and route new business inquiries or cross-selling opportunities to sales or the deposits team
* Drive new project rollouts, regulatory change control, process updates, and ideas calls and research meetings to stay current on all Mortgage activities with champions from LOBs and RBC wealth, their advisors, and bankers with deck and training documentation prepation.

We are currently seeking a Loan Disbursement Specialist to join our Construction Disbursements Team located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Construction Disbursement Administration (CDA) group is responsible for managing roughly 200 commercial construction projects simultaneously. We work with multiple departments around the Bancorp to ensure that construction is progressing properly and all agreements within the loan documentation are being followed by all parties. We have currently switched to a new construction monitoring system and are working to streamline and improve our processes in all aspects of construction monitoring. The Disbursement Specialist will:
* Review, analyze and process customer loan draws for commercial and residential construction projects, loan fund disbursements, equity draws, etc., including review of invoices, lien waivers, and budget.

Our Creative Directors work with leadership to develop and drive the strategic creative approach to and execution of marketing programs across eight bank brands.
You will create compelling, conversion-focused work that strengthens partnerships and drives measurable results. You will provide leadership across a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams, and deliver innovative creative that balances brand integrity with business goals.
A key responsibility will be building and inspiring the team, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering work that strengthens customer trust and positions Zions Bancorporation and its affiliates as leaders in financial marketing.
This Creative Director role is primarily focused on the retail experience of our bank branches and will collaborate on other initiatives as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Strategy
* Act as a leader in the creative visioning, stewardship, and execution of marketing programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
* Develop high-performing creative assets for affiliate channels, across print, digital, motion, and physical experiences
* Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize creative for ROI and conversion
Leadership & Team Development
* Inspire and manage the work of a multi-talented team of designers, copywriters, and marketers focused on affiliate initiatives
* This is initially an individual contributor role but may gain direct reports as the Creative Studio grows
* Establish creative workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity
Brand Consistency
* Elevate and ensure quality and brand integrity across all touchpoints
* Balance innovative approaches with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards
Data-Driven Innovation
* Use performance data and testing insights to refine creative strategies
* Track and forecast marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Vendor & Partner Collaboration
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency
* Travel will be required (up to 25%) to manage implementation of projects
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Design and minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design, environmental graphic design (EGD), industrial design, architecture, and/or related fields. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
* Strong demonstrated capabilities in forward thinking graphic design, retail experience design, visual merchandising, materials, fabrication, and construction
* Strong visual, written, and oral presentation skills
* Experience coaching team members and freelancers
* Capability to direct spatial ideas into conceptual drawings and lead design decisions through documentation, production, fabrication, and construction
* Creating and evangelizing standards and campaign plans
* Bonus experience: fixturing, signage, hospitality design, art curation, event production, experiential design

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $115,000 - $175,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.

The ideal candidate for the Bank Card Fraud Detection Analyst position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
* Responsible for monitoring various fraud detection queues and reports.
* Analyzes and reviews trends and customer account activity to detect potential fraud situations.
* Makes outbound calls to verify potential fraudulent activity.
* Takes calls on fraud issues from both internal and external sources.
* Investigates suspicious alerts.
* Analysis information for close, open or block of cards if necessary.
* Assist the investigation team as needed.

* Works with cardholders to verify legitimate usage and ensures that losses are minimized.

Qualifications
* Typically requires a High School degree or Equivalent and 1+ years of bankcard or other directly related experience.
* Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
* Basic knowledge of credit and bank card products and operations, collections and customer service.
* Fraud or investigative experience preferred.
* Must have good decision making, prioritization, customer service, analytical, investigation and PC skills.
* Ability to work independently and meeting deadlines.

The Loan Closer plays a key role in completing all due diligence associated with satisfying approval and collateral lien perfection conditions prior to the preparation of loan closing documents. The Loan Closer will:
