The company culture would be improved by providing a more respectful environment in terms of employee time and boundaries. My experience would have been improved if the ceo spoke to me respectfully

What do you like best about National Confectioners Association's CEO and the leadership team?

I appreciated being provided with rewarding leadership opportunities. Because the department I led was not valued by the CEO I had freedom to run the department as I saw fit with minimal input.

In my experience my compensation at NCA was above industry average but commensurate with performance expectations

I did not feel that NCA represented diverse demographics when I worked there
