What do you like best about National Confectioners Association's CEO and the leadership team?
I appreciated being provided with rewarding leadership opportunities. Because the department I led was not valued by the CEO I had freedom to run the department as I saw fit with minimal input.

In my experience my compensation at NCA was above industry average but commensurate with performance expectations
