Flexible with time off.
Management! The piece rate system is abused by favoritism & the consequences with that is being under paid by people who abuse their position. You have to work in unsafe conditions to complete the jobs you are given. Because it is piece rate you get paid per linear feet so any job you can’t do you won’t get paid & they use that to their advantage to force you to do jobs that are under paid & unsafe.
Being a National company every location isn’t the same so I’m sure other states make a great work environment.
