JOB SUMMARY As a Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing NCSBN's social media strategy across all platforms. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field Minimum of 2 years of professional social media management experience required, including: Growing and engaging social media audiences Social media metrics and analysis Social media advertising platforms Influencer partnership management Minimum of 5 years of general marketing experience preferred. Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) Working knowledge of design tools for content creation (Adobe Creative Suite) Strong attention to detail Understanding of current social media trends and best practices Ability to contribute innovative ideas and think creatively. Reporting to the Director, Consolidated Services, the Business Operations Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality internal services and will play a key role in enabling departments to achieve organizational objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides leadership to Consolidated Services (CS) Specialists by ensuring the team follows all processes and procedures and completes work within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Leveraging Business Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), through monthly reporting, to gain efficiencies and conduct audit reviews as well as leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) as needed. Create dashboard reporting on business metrics. Build and maintain vendor, client and stakeholder relationships including but not limited to the virtual mailroom vendor, building maintenance vendor, security keycard vendor. Support business operations processes, including but limited to the NCSBN Business Continuity Plan and the company's emergency notification software, and ensure the All-Staff meeting agenda is prepared and approved. Oversee and audit all invoice processing and coding to ensure processes are followed and meeting the internal SLA. Complete audit to ensure all contracts for CS are entered into the Contract Management Tools (CMT). Ensure all contracts are renewed on time as needed. Ensures common work areas are clean and safe for all staff, coordinates with staff and Director of CS on special requests from staff, leads team with onboarding and off-boarding requests to completion, ensures staff are aware of all building announcements. Partners with Director of Consolidated Services to identify support needs/improvements in shared areas. Coordinate with other managers and departments to align business operations with organization objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies through developing, implementing, and managing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure the team is following best practices. Ensure all NCSBN webpages are kept current on intranet as well as all staff information is current as part of onboarding (i.e., staff photo). QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role and supervisory experience required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. Knowledge of best practices using strong organizational and critical thinking. Previous facility management experience a plus. Experience using data and analytics to improve processes. Proficiency in MS Office, understanding of databases, Web, HTML, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The anticipated starting salary for this position is $69,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, training, certifications/licenses, qualifications and geographical location. QUALIFICATIONS PhD in educational measurement and testing, psychometrics or related field is required (ABD acceptable for Associate level role). At least 1 year of relevant experience required (dissertation research and internship experience could be acceptable). Additional years of experience (at least 3 years) are required for advanced-level positions. Able to take direction from senior/lead psychometricians to achieve program goals and operational tasks. Familiarity with IRT models, computer adaptive testing, and DIF is preferred for entry-level roles and required for advanced-level positions. Experience with academic writing required for advanced-level positions. Experience with managing large datasets. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. Proficiency with Python/R/SQL. Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Shiny, Dash, or other similar technologies is preferred. Travel Requirements: Less than 10% of total time including attendance at conferences and client meetings.
