Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications for the NFL's international business, this role would primarily support the development and implementation of a best-in-class international communications strategy to accelerate the league's ambition and strategy to become a global sports property. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in communications experience drawing from multiple disciplines including journalism, media relations and publicity.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills. (
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
).
The ideal candidate is an adept storyteller with a well-rounded experience of the media landscape both traditional and social first platforms
(experience of working in international markets is a plus).
Excellent working knowledge of the Communications industry including experience working in high-pressure situations for high-profile brands and leaders executing positive and proactive narratives.
Successfully demonstrated ability to lead, participate in, and support cross-departmental activities.
Proven success in executing high-profile communications initiatives, and creativity in using new tactics and tools to communicate internally and externally to proactively generate compelling storytelling in new places and on new platforms to reach new and youth audiences.
Have previous experience in supporting a wider team with issues and crisis management.
