The Designer/Animator will be responsible for concept-to-delivery of graphic elements for on-air promotions, digital marketing, and social content for NFL programming, products, and initiatives in a way that drives fan interest and engagement.
Responsibilities
Design and animate graphic elements for TV commercials, digital marketing campaigns, and social media content using After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Hybrid of strong motion graphics animation skills and graphic design.
Understanding of various social static and digital display banner formats and sizes.
Strong knowledge and skills with typography, information design/layout, and UX design.
Adobe InDesign and Figma skills are a plus.
Video footage and stills image color correction with After Effects Lumetri Color and Photoshop.
Green screen key removal, rotoscoping, video/photo retouching and Boris FX Mocha Pro tracking knowledge is a plus.
Ability to take on After Effects or Photoshop Tool Kit and continue the production.
Skills to create and organize After Effects or Photoshop Tool Kit to be delivered to other departments, agency and/or clients.
Handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced broadcast environment.
Ability to interact collaboratively and take direction in a 1-on-1 environment, as well as work independently.
Interact collaboratively with creative directors, producers, video editors and designers.
Full understanding of video settings and file compression with Adobe Media Encoder.

The Sr. Graphic Designer will need to work across a variety of mediums (mobile app, website, social platforms, etc.) in the creation of materials for developing and maintaining an impactful, on-brand experience as well as various email marketing, site ads, etc. As part of the responsibilities related to social media, the Sr. Graphic Designer will need to work across all of team social channels on primarily static materials. Additionally, the Sr. Graphic Designer will be expected to help elevate the brand's visual identity through innovative design toolkits, concepts, and content while working with the entire creative team on an as-needed basis on other creative and graphics deliverables including print, logo design, production artwork, etc.
Role Responsibilities:
* Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and quickly turn around work product
* Capable of participating in key meetings and handling high-level design projects while consistently meeting project deadlines.
* Production of advertising assets, copywriting, social media graphics, photo retouching, print production, out-of-home, in-game content, team merch, etc.
* Production of digital/app creative assets
* Ability to produce Social Media creative that accomplishes the following:
* Creative work that engages viewers
* Reflects the core of the Rams brand within our social media channels
* Ensures brand standards are adhered to
* Lead development and execution of marketing and brand campaigns, promotions, and experiences
* Learn and understand the brand narrative and style guide to drive consistency and accuracy through all creative across the organization
* Ability to provide graphics support for events (hosted across the organization), including the creation of invitations, signage, credentials, etc.
* Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Brainstorm, conceptualize, execute, iterate, and finalize multiple design projects simultaneously from start to completion
* Support the creative group with ensuring a creative working environment for the full staff, including fostering creative thinking, brainstorming and problem solving
* Assist in maintaining and establishing design department policies
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Lightroom a plus, but not required

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):
* 4+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role
* Bachelor or Associate Degree in Graphic Design or closely related discipline preferred
* Experience at an agency, fast-growing consumer brand, collegiate or professional sports environment preferred
* Exceptional design aesthetic and awareness of design trends and innovation across a variety of static and digital mediums
* Experience delivering great creative while meeting parameters of existing brand guidelines
* Extensive knowledge of social, digital and print design
* Proficient on Mac computer
* Eagerness to learn and be part of a team
Work Environment:
* Business office located in Woodland Hills, CA
* Expected to work min. 3 days in business office with remaining days remote on a weekly basis
* Should expect to work at the stadium during home games, and be available to work from the office and/or home during away games as needed
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/yr.

Part-Time Scheduling Operations Coordinator
The National Football League job in Inglewood, CA
The Scheduling Coordinator will be assigned areas of productions to schedule. They will also assist the staff coordinators with building and creating schedules for the studio production crew. This will ensure that their assigned shows are as well as all other productions are not missing any crew personnel. They will contact the crew for all schedule changes and any related scheduling issues. Input crew schedules into the scheduling software. Handle all day-to-day scheduling tasks, including making sure that the productions are assigned to the proper control rooms and stages. Work with Production Managers to make sure that all needed shifts are approved per budget.
Responsibilities
Check crew schedules to make sure there are no double bookings, short turnarounds, or that no one is scheduled past their allotted number of shifts.
Ensuring that all shows are properly staffed for the coming days.
Monitor the scheduling inbox and respond to incoming requests in a timely manner
Work with staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist them with putting the crew schedules together for the selected areas.
Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system.
Help in the replacement of crews due to personnel booking out.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment, including utilizing scheduling software systems like Kronos, and Media Pulse.
Microsoft Excel and Google Docs experience.
Television Production experience is a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree, prior TV production experience
