PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Utility Technician will continue to have primary meter reading responsibilities, which include accurately and efficiently reading residential and commercial gas meters, working outdoors extensively in all types of weather, walking for long distances, and working in potentially hazardous environments such as dark basements, roof tops or industrial facilities. Upon successful completion of company selected operator qualifications, the employee will rotate between meter reading duties and assisting a fully qualified employee to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in:
* Performing collections
* Installing and removing gas meters, meter sets, and regulators
* Investigating gas service inquiries, such as no gas, leaks, and gas odors
* Using test instruments as required to install, service, and adjust all gas appliances
* Using pressure gauges to test for line leaks and gas detection instruments to locate leaks
* Perform line locating for third party excavations
* Perform construction activities such as leak repairs and pipeline replacements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Understand and apply mechanical principles as well as possess proficient skills in the use of hand tools
* Basic literacy is required. Ability to read, accurately interpret and analyze written information, and legibly prepare written documentation
* Available to work a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
* Must live within a 20-mile radius of the Erie Service Center located at 225 Wayne Street, Erie, Pennsylvania or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities
As a Transport Driver you will drive a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) to pick up propane at the supply point (e.g. refinery, pipeline terminal, storage facility) and deliver it to area AmeriGas facilities. The driver will make four to five pick-ups and deliveries per day, driving an average of 500 miles per day and working up to 14 hours per day. Approximately 80 percent of the driver's time is spent driving or waiting in line at the supply point. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Drive the tanker truck to pick up propane at the refinery and deliver to area AmeriGas facilities; approximately 45 minutes is required to load or unload the truck.
Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker
Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker. The hoses stored on the truck come in two sizes: 20 feet long, three inches in diameter; and 19 feet long, 1½ inches in diameter
Perform twice-daily truck inspections
May climb ladders at some AmeriGas facilities to check gauges at the top of the bulk tanks.
Requirements
3 Years' tractor and trailer experience with a minimum of 200,000 miles
1 year of tanker experience within the last 3 years, preferred
Hazmat and tanker endorsements
Eligible for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
No accidents in the previous 3 years
No more than one moving violation within the previous 2 years

About the Role
As a Quantitative Analyst Intern, you will support our team in analyzing trading and proprietary data, and helping produce quantitative models that drive the decision making behind our quantitative execution offerings. You will assist in producing quantitative signals, impact models, and analyze Talos unique trading datasets to support improvements of the trading products and beyond.
You will work alongside experienced team members, including product owners, quantitative analysts, and managers who will provide guidance and mentorship. Responsibilities and Duties
Quant Modelling
Assist in analyzing trading data, proprietary intraday signals, to produce quantitative execution alphas

Qualifications

Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in data science libraries (especially pandas) and a strong understanding of dataframe architecture for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis. Familiarity with Python-based data visualization tools is a plus.
Database and Query Languages: Experience with SQL, including constructing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets; experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based querying platforms is a strong advantage.
Computational Finance: Exposure to computational finance concepts, with familiarity in using quantitative methods and tools for finance-related applications.
