The hours and if you give an inch they take a mile
The money
Frank and Becky are the problems there, good employees get jerked around or fired if you question either of them, favoritism daily and Frank os an "Ass Clown" !
Frank, Plant Manager, and Becky HR.
No one in Leadership really goes to the Pickle 2 Area.
Coworkers
Low pay and amount of o.t. Your expected to work. Afternoon foremen and day shift pickle line foreman are hard to get along with. They like to micromanage. "You don't like it, quit"
Holiday bonuses that they surprisingly haven't stopped. It helps make up for the lack of pay compared to the rest of the industry in the area
Most of the hourly employees are a bunch of good guys that help each other out whether it's helping you with your job if you need it or covering overtime, which there is a lot of.
A lot of required overtime. The plant manager doesn't hesitate to throw someone under the bus and looks out for himself. He won't hesitate to lie to your face. Management's overall attitude changed 2 years ago when the long time plant manager was abruptly fired. A couple of the supervisors are difficult to work for, it's either their way or they won't hesitate to take you upfront.
