Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific nuclear licensed Operations training programs.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Coordinates, and conducts performance-based operations Reactor Operator (RO)/Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
Must achieve Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification within 18 months of assuming the position.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications

I. Job Summary
Manage the Landfill Gas to Renewable Natural Gas "RNG" Facility to maximize production, while ensuring safe work practices, environmental compliance, timely maintenance, compliance with contracts, and coordination with the landfill management and operations. This role acts as a plant owner and is available whenever necessary to meet the objectives of the role and the needs of the facility. An RNG Facility takes landfill gas and converts it to a Natural Gas Quality that is injected into the pipeline for household and commercial use. The RNG Plant Manager will be required to operate and maintain equipment such as, specialty gas processing equipment, gas compressors, and H2S removal systems, Nitrogen Removal Unit, and Pressure Swing Absorber.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The operator will perform intermediate to advanced level Instrument and Control repair, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Capture data and evaluate course of action for optimized plant performance, while operating within identified budgets. This position also has strict requirements for safety and environmental compliance along with standard operating procedures.
Must be an engaged employee with the ability to organize and manage small to large scale plant outages and projects, with attention to detail of organizational and record keeping of all maintenance reports, gas data analysis and waste stream documentation.
Operate advanced instrumentation and process control systems.
Leads, manages, and coordinates all 3rd party vendors or customers for scheduled plant maintenance, unscheduled down time, compliance, and well-field issues.
Regularly communicates this with the Market Area Gas Operations Manager (MAGOM) and/or WMRE Operations Manager.
Inspects plant machinery and equipment. Repairs, maintains, and services all equipment in accordance with the facility Standard Operating Procedures, equipment maintenance manuals, and WMRE policies and training. Must also be knowledgeable to handle non-routine repairs or issues that may arise and require sound, immediate judgment without direct supervision.
Implements WM and WMRE safety policies and practices for all work activities, and ensures these practices are followed by other WM staff, vendors, contractors, and visitors entering the facility.
Completes all mandatory training activities for both safety and operational training as assigned by supervisor.
Procures plant supplies and replacement equipment in an efficient manner by identifying needs in advance, managing vendors, and working within WMRE guidelines as well as being responsible for the annual budget.
Promptly responds to call-outs of plant shutdowns during non-business hours to identify the cause of the shutdown and rectify/diagnose through appropriate repairs or adjustments to return the plant to operation while consulting with WMRE operations managers (as needed). This role is given discretion to judge the situation and respond accordingly without management intervention, until needed.
Maintains the facility spare inventory and provides a written inventory count twice annually.
Completes special assignments/tasks as required by WMRE Operations Manager, Market Area Gas Operations Manager, or Landfill District Manager.
Able to work as a team and communicate clearly and professionally across different business units.
Ability to wear/operate assigned PPE and follow WM and WM Renewable Energy safety protocols and procedures.
Work on electrical systems, DC and AC low voltage, to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
Must be strong with basic computer skills used to communicate, document, and change operations settings for plant performance optimization.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Primary Purpose of Position

Primary Purpose of Position

Primary Purpose of Position
The Nuclear Duty Officer (NDO) is the designated representative of nuclear management, responsible for notifying the Chief Nuclear Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice Presidents and other nuclear personnel of clean energy centers (CECs) operational events or occurrences. Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Nine Mile Point Generating Station located in Oswego, NY.
The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation.

WM (formerly Waste Management) Fleet Maintenance Operational Management Trainee (FOMT) program is a 12 month long course designed to develop individuals into fleet maintenance manager roles. Primary Purpose of Position
This person will supervise an operations crew charged with responsibility for safely operating a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and distribution terminal.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities

FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Actively participates in the accurate planning, reporting and analysis functions. This position will also be utilized to adequately fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making. This includes providing direct input and support to directors, department heads, and line personnel in assigned area.
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide financial analysis and reporting for management on major capital and O&M cost drivers. Work with personnel to control and manage costs. Forecast performance against goals, plans and budgets. Bring a financial perspective to daily operations. Prepare and review month-end, quarterly and full-year forecast/reports up to and including: executive reporting packages, monthly financial close packages, quarterly management meeting presentations
Lead each monthly financial closing (pre and post close work), providing all required reporting to corporate center and site management. Ensure proper accounting treatment is followed and monitor adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Prepare various periodic reports to communicate performance in areas such as contracted services, overtime and other.
Develop the long-range financial plan.
Review and process Capital and other Project Request proposals. Monitor and report on Project spend.
Perform cost reporting - planning & tracking
Perform periodic Ad-hoc reporting and analyses.
Work with Manger to develop and oversee the work product of more junior financial analysts in the group and provide training and guidance as required. Perform complex special projects at the request of Management.
FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare the month-end, quarterly and full-year forecast/reports, including: reporting packages (Executives, Internal, other business units), monthly financial close package, monthly scorecard and financial performance indicators, quarterly management meeting presentation, Board of Directors meeting presentation, ensuring that capital and EBIT forecasts are properly reflected in planning tools. And working with financial system team to mitigate/resolve forecasting and planning concerns
Assist in preparation of various reports and data requests and answers ad-hoc requests for internal and external reporting customers. Routinely communicate actual performance compared to budget/plan/goals
Functioning as a member of Exelon finance Team with responsibilities for ensuring a financial perspective is brought to daily operations, proper classification (O&M vs Capital) and treatment is followed, and compliance with all managerial policies.
Liaison to business units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange
Participates in the annual budgeting process and assist in updating long-range and budget planning models.
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
4 year degree in a business-related field with 5 to 8 years business-related experience and demonstrated success in finance or business operations.
Effective financial analysis skills, combined with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to accounting principles, financial metrics and financial statement relationships
Working knowledge of Business Operations & industry practices.
Thorough computer-base analytical skill (e.g. Access, Excel, Power Point, database management)

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs skilled mechanical work in the inspection, repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of nuclear power plant equipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inspects and repairs turbines, heat exchangers, pumps fans, and similar equipment.
Aligns and balances rotating equipment.
May set up and operate lathes, milling machines, shapers, drill presses and other machine tools in the performance of machine work to close tolerances.
Assists other maintenance and modifications crews.
Performs emergency response duties as assigned.
To be assigned as needed to support decon, housekeeping, painting, calibration, tool room work and other duties as assigned by the Company.
Provides training and oversight to other personnel.
This position requires completion of a Mechanic qualification book.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have satisfactorily completed an accredited mechanical training program with a minimum of 2 years mechanical experience (Trades, Manufacturing, Navy Nuclear mechanical specific or an INPO accredited mechanical maintenance training program).
May be subject to certification and recertification with periodic reviews if required by NRC or industry standards.
Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of this position.
Must pass a validated aptitude test.
Must meet requirement of NRC psychological testing regulations.
Must satisfactorily complete Plant Access and Radiation Safety Training, including Respirator Qualifications and maintain unescorted access.
