Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Nine Mile Point Generating Station located in Oswego, NY.
The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation.
Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license in order to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.

Primary Purpose of Position
Provide a leadership role in the supervision of field sampling and laboratory activities in support of Clean Energy Center (CEC) operation, troubleshooting, and projects. Ensure compliance with Chemistry analytical and radioanalytical programs including all quality and regulatory aspects of the program. Provide coaching and mentoring for all technicians.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
* Supervise chemistry technicians obtaining samples and conducting lab analysis. This includes coaching on chemistry fundamentals, human performance tools, and procedure compliance.
* Lead and provide support for Chemistry related projects.
* Conduct reviews of CEC work schedules to understand maintenance or operations activities that can impact CEC chemistry, and to ensure proper scheduling of chemistry technician work.
* Accountable for proper scheduling and execution of all CEC samples and analysis, including regulatory required samples.
* Oversee quality lab instrument operation and analysis, ensuring proper chemical hygiene.
* Manage technician policies, scheduling, and budgets.
* Participate in Emergency Response Organization rotation and Chemistry on Call Rotation. Subject to call out as required in support of CEC requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

**Position Purpose:**

The Supervisor of Meter Services, New York Division is responsible for the overall environment of the Meter Department, including office(s) and field service operations for the New York Municipal Water Division of Veolia. The Supervisor will also assist, as needed, and support the day-to-day operations of the Rockland meter department consisting of a Leader and 14 Commercial Service Representatives. **Primary Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the annual meter testing program mandated by the NYS Public Service Commission (PSC) for Veolia Water New York, Inc. and submit results to the PSC on a quarterly basis.
+ Manage the yearly compliance meter change programs, developing plans to complete the required annual work, including but not limited to customer contacts, appointment schedules, meter orders, and resolving field related issue(s) timely.
