Pros of working at National Heritage Academies

The purpose of the organization is worth working towards.

Cons of working at National Heritage Academies

The organization doesn't understand the needs of employees in the schools and rolls out new initiatives that don't meet the needs of their teachers, but does meet organizational goals. Good intentions, just misguided and misaligned to the needs of students and teachers. At the district level, there's a lot of people doing many good things, but they're not directed at what is best for the individual school. There are good people and it's a good culture to work at, but if you're looking to revolutionize education, they have the size and means, but not the intentions. If you're looking for a customer focused organization they say they are but they don't put their actions don't align.

National Heritage Academies benefits

Pros of working at National Heritage Academies

Students and teachers are wonderful.

Cons of working at National Heritage Academies

The people at the service center do not have their stuff together. Constantly disorganized, and the people in charge only care about money. They do not care about teacher welfare or student welfare.
