He joined Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation in 1979 as an Associate Counsel and was promoted to General Counsel within 6 months. Boyle is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in History. His career in aviation began in 1965 when he enrolled in the Air Force ROTC program while attending Notre Dame. The ROTC program led Boyle to becoming an Air Force Pilot with two tours of duty in Vietnam. Boyle retired from the Air Force in 1989 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. In 1974, he enrolled at Fordham University to study and attain a Law Degree. He was an associate attorney with Haight, Gardner, Poor and Havens LLC from 1977 to 1979 before joining Dassault Aviation Group.

William Forman is the President and CEO of North Atlantic Industries, Inc., a leading provider of embedded electronic and computing systems for rugged defense, industrial and commercial aerospace markets. Since Bill acquired the business in 1992 the company has experienced significant growth. Bill's philanthropic pursuits focus on STEM education and creating opportunities for disadvantaged children. Funding has recently been provided for the North Atlantic Industries Engineering Teaching Lab, a new engineering teaching lab at Stony Brook University’s College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. In addition, Bill supports FIRST robotics at numerous Long Island high schools. FIRST is a high school robotics program meant to inspire young people's interest and participation in science and technology. He currently serves as an executive Board member at Publicolor, a not-for-profit organization that engages at-risk youths, serves on the Dean's Council for the College of Engineering & Applied Sciences at Stony Brook University, is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board Electrical and Computer Engineering at Stony Brook University, serves on the Advisory Board of Enlightenment Capital and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Previously, Bill held positions as board member of the U.S. Eastern Region of YPO, Director of Finance at Dell Computer and Division Controller at Advanced Micro Devices. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester, NY. Past Awards Bill has been named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and to Long Island Business 40 Under 40 of leading young executives.
