Mr. Schuessler is currently President, CEO, and a board member for one of the largest transaction processing companies in Latin America: EVERTEC (NYSE: EVTC), serving since April 2015. He is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) as well as a board member of Endeavor Puerto Rico. Schuessler holds a bachelor's degree from New York University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where he currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Board. He received the Goizueta Business School Outstanding Recent Alumni Award in 2002, and was more recently honored with the Goizueta Business School Alumni Service Award in 2014. Schuessler has served on the board of various NGOs, including the PGA’s Puerto Rico Open, the Boys and Girls Club Legacy Council, the American Cancer Society’s “CEOs against Cancer”, and the largest public charity in Puerto Rico (Unidos por Puerto Rico). He also previously served on the board of Visa’s Senior Client Council, as well as UnionPay International. Previously, he served as President of International for Global Payments, Inc (NYSE: GPN), overseeing the company’s business outside of the Americas, spanning 23 countries throughout Europe and Asia.

Mr. Connors has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Information Services Group, Inc., an information-based services company, since July 2006. Mr. Connors served as a member of the Executive Board of VNU N.V., a major worldwide media and marketing information company, from the merger of ACNielsen into VNU in 2001 until 2005, and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VNU Media Measurement & Information Group and Chairman of VNU World Directories until 2005. He previously was Vice Chairman of the Board of ACNielsen from its spin-off from the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in 1996 until 2001, was Senior Vice President of American Express Travel Related Services from 1989 until 1995, and before that was a Corporate Vice President of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Connors is also a member of the Board of Directors of ACE Ltd., and was during the last five years a member of the Board of Directors of R.H. Donnelley Corporation.
