John K. Mara is in his 30th season with the Giants. The franchise's President and Chief Executive Officer, he assumed the team presidency upon the passing of his father, Wellington Mara, in 2005. Mara joined the Giants in 1991 as General Counsel and later added the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Grossman’s is a leading authority on elite athlete post-competitive development and transformation. With over 25 years of direct experience in all major sports leagues in North America, he has supported the efforts of leagues, players associations and some of sports most distinguished players, coaches, and administrators. Central to his efforts has been the development of an interdisciplinary, standardized, evidenced-based post-competitive player development platform capable of providing broad access to the ecosystem of elite athletics. Mr. Grossman’s particular interest is in adapting advances in digital technologies to increase accessibility and establish novel personalized developmental environments that improve strategic and tactical control of complex challenges to improve performance and quality of life. These efforts have extended to special operations military forces and patient-centered chronic disease management.
