Role description:

As a Principal Structural/Navigation Engineer lead, you will work with and direct our team which consist of Senior engineers, PMs, clients, etc. on navigation and flood risk management projects. You will be responsible for leading our national practice while supporting and assisting in expanding our current market share as well as establishing strategies, goals and objectives for staffing, service packaging and branding for navigation projects.

Role accountabilities:

* Must have experience in leading efforts pertaining to navigation and flood risk management structures including dams, locks, hydropower, and floodwall systems.
* Responsible for the planning, analysis, and design of general water resources projects.
* Direct, coordinate and lead a team in developing designs and technical documents.
* Perform review of completed work to detect errors, omissions, and non-conformance with criteria.
* Develop navigation designs using state-of-the-art engineering and construction techniques.
* Serves as a technical expert in navigation and mentors others.
* Use knowledge of navigation criteria and safety guidelines utilized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Natural Resource Conservation Service, and other Federal agencies.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or an equivalent Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in design of major hydraulic structures, within an engineering company or USACE.
* Professional license (P.E.)

* Knowledge on latest standards, codes, guidelines, engineering manuals.

* Experience in preparing and reviewing project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
* Proficiency with STAAD Pro, Mathcad, MicroStation
* Will work directly with a variety of engineering disciplines, office/project staff, client, and sub-contractors, throughout the project life cycle, and therefore should have clear and concise, oral, and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations and prepare written reports.
* Functional experience with MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MS Degree in an Engineering discipline
* Over 15 years of experience in design of major hydraulic structures, within an engineering company or USACE.

The Opportunity

As a member of the OM4B senior leadership team, the National Enterprise Growth Lead will play a significant role in managing the direct selling teams and existing managers across our Enterprise Sales segments. You will report to the Head of OM4B and be instrumental in onboarding, managing and mentoring new and existing members of the national Enterprise Sales team. The OM4B team has been growing, and with current sales leadership you will be responsible for directing sales activity for each enterprise sales segment at a national level. You will also be a key stakeholder in the evolution of OM4B's go to market strategy, including the expansion of new product offerings such as Direct Primary Care.

This new position is a key part of OM4B's growth strategy. You will be suited for this role if you have a track record of leading teams through rapid growth and transformation. What you'll work on:

* New enterprise sales across the sales segments and assigned geographies
