What You'll Do
Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment
Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals
Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality

Essential Duties:

Provide exceptional service for each event by assisting with decorations as directed by the Bistro Supervisor.

Responsible for setting tables, bussing tables, washing dishes, assisting the cook as needed, and completing cleaning duties.
