Mr. Ames served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Music Group Corp. from August 1999 to August 2004. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Polygram UK from 1993 to 1996, responsible for its UK and Ireland operation, including its record labels, film distribution, music publishing and music clubs. He has been a Non-Executive Director of SCI Entertainment Group Ltd. since September 25, 2006. Mr. Ames serves as a Director of Ingenious Music VCT. Mr. Ames serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Ricall Limited. He served as a Director of Ingenious Music VCT 2.
