Is National Multiple Sclerosis Society's workplace comfortable and conducive to good work?
Good time off if you can use it... It's remote work .
Exceptionally low pay even for a non-profit with no COL adjustments and no actual merit increases.
Remote work
I don't. His first move was fishing someone who's been with the company 34 years and now he's running the society line s corporation. They should've brought in someone from outside.
C Suite needs to go. Pay the people doing the real work more. Oh and don't switch all your salary workers to hourly because you'd rather pay us less than comply with the new FSLA standards in January.

- Flexibility in work day, generous time off and commitment to learning and professional development
they are genuine and passionate about the work
figuring out better ways of coming together and building stronger and further reaching work relationships
learned about the company, the cause and any recent events related to the organization. It is below industry average but there is a new compensation model in place that allows for more earning potential
it can look different depending on the location or field of work, but the organization is dedicating time and resources into more inclusive hiring and staff engagement/development practices
Supporting my colleagues and being out in the community connected to those we serve and seeing our collective impact
